St Mary's Church
Organ Appeal Cookbook
Introduction
This Cookbook moves through various phases beginning with soups and
starters before moving on to fish dishes.
Main courses come next with a great variety from all over the world
and then on to vegetarian dishes for all tastes.
Puddings open with the sweet, sickly and very lovely toffee and treacle
puddings, moving on to the more conservative trifles.
Cakes and pies follow to tickle the taste buds, together with biscuits
and shortbreads as the Cookbook draws to a close.
Altogether a wide range of recipes to be experimented with.
We hope to reprint this book with updated recipes so if you think you
have a favourite recipe which could be included please leave it or forward
it to Saint Marys and we will do our best to bring it into our next
edition. Contributions from visitors to the church will be welcomed with
open arms. Just leave, or send your contribution to us at Saint Marys
and we will use them in our next edition.
You of course will receive a complimentary copy.
Many thanks for your support in this project which we hope will restore
this fine instrument to its former glory.
