'A Visual History'

The script for this video was discovered in 1999 amongst church papers at St Mary’s. Modern technology made it a relatively simple task to make a short video, which was used at St Mary's Open and Gift Day 2000 as part of a display by the recently formed Friends of St Mary's Church, Beverley. Many of the folk who saw the film that day asked if they could purchase copies. Chris Hairsine, who together with his son William shot the original video, decided that some work needed to he done, if it was to be shown to the world at large!

The result is this video, largely the original, but with some new footage to repair omissions and delete some of the poorer shots.
