Organist and Choirmaster of St Mary's

Alan Binnington

Alan Binnington was educated at Beverley Grammar School. He was a chorister, songman and organ student at Beverley Minster.

He was a Choral Scholar at Clare College, Cambridge and also gained the Performer's Diploma from the Royal College of Music.

He has spent most of his teaching and playing career in Yorkshire although he has performed in several cathedrals, and on several occasions in the Royal Albert Hall.

He is currently Organist and Choirmaster at St Mary's Church, Beverley.
