1939-1945 War Memorial Door

This unusual memorial to those who lost their lives in the 1939-45 war can be found near to the Font.

 

It is the work of 'Mouseman' Robert Thompson of Kilburn, North Yorkshire, who always leaves a 'trademark' mouse carving somewhere on his work as seen below.
