The Misericords of St Mary's , Beverley

We are very fortunate to have a well preserved set of Misericords, carved more than 500 years ago.

A local enthusiast, Mr Ben Chapman, has kindly provided black and white pictures of some of the Misericords, together with a commentary on each one of the 28 Misericords, which are still in use today.
